ProntoCrew Los Banos Roofing offers professional roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, residential and commercial roofing, storm damage repair, roof inspection and maintenance, roof installation, and gutter installation and repair. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry best practices and local building codes.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are based on the information you provide and our initial inspection. Final costs may vary if we discover additional work is needed once the project begins. We will always communicate any changes to you before proceeding with additional work. Your approval is required for any work beyond the original scope.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All services come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and will be passed through to you. Scheduling and Cancellations

We do our best to stick to the scheduled dates for your project. However, weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice when possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on how much work has already been completed.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes driveway access for trucks and safe areas to place materials and equipment. We take safety seriously and will follow all necessary precautions, but you should keep children and pets away from the work area during the project. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping or property features that are not properly marked or disclosed before work begins.

Insurance and Liability

ProntoCrew Los Banos Roofing carries appropriate insurance coverage for our work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property that was not disclosed during the initial inspection. Any damage caused by our work will be addressed according to our insurance policy. You are responsible for filing claims with your own insurance company for storm damage or other covered events.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We make every effort to protect your property during our work, but we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. We will repair any damage caused by our work according to the terms of our agreement and insurance policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
